Cancelation

All agreements may be terminated with or without cause by either party upon thirty (15) days written notice. All services provided in advance will be charged upon early termination. 100% or partial refund if we have not fulfilled our obligations to deliver the work required under the agreement. The Refund Policy is below.

Word-Insight Life Counsel reserves the right to cancel any agreement on projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days with or without notice.

Refunds

A 100% refund will be made only in the event of a cancellation within 3 days of an agreement of services. All sales are final. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

We do not offer any refund for services/programs that are already delivered, started, or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Word-Insight Life Counsel.

You do not own rights to any article, book, ebook, document, blog post, software, application, art, graphics, images, photos, video, recording or other materials viewed or listened to through or from our website or via email or by way of protected content in a membership site. The posting of data on our website, such as a blog comment, does not change this fact and does not give you any right to the data. You surrender any rights to your content once it becomes part of our website.
