DRAW CLOSER TO THE WORD

We need to draw close to the Word of God so that the Word can go to work on our behalf and accomplish that to which God pleases and prospers in the thing to which it is sent.


Pause for Reflection:

I invite us to self-examine

  1. How close are we drawing in our intimacy with the Word of God in our heart?

  2. How close we are drawing in our intimacy - in our love - for our Lord?

  • God’s Word “The Door” is access to the counsel of the Lord. John 10:7, 9; Psalm 33:11; Psalm 119:105

As one counsel:  God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, working in unity with the Spirit of the Word of God, transforms our heart in peace and well-being.
